Transform Your Relationship
from Conflict to Connection
Relationships don't usually break down all at once - they drift
.
What once felt easy can start to feel strained. Conversations become shorter, miscommunication more frequent, and the emotional closeness you once relied on begins to feel out of reach.
You might find yourselves having the same disagreements on repeat, or avoiding them altogether just to keep things calm.
Whether you're experiencing a subtle sense of disconnection or finding yourselves deep in ongoing conflict, I offer couples therapy in London and online to help partners reconnect, communicate openly, and build a relationship that feels secure, fulfilling, and able to grow with you both. As a qualified couples therapist and relationship counsellor, I work with couples at every stage - from those seeking early support to those navigating long-term patterns that feel impossible to shift.
What Couples Therapy Can Help You Achieve

Rebuild Connection
Move from distance and disconnection back to emotional closeness and intimacy.

Communicate Without Conflict
Learn how to express yourselves openly and honestly - without escalation, shutdown, or misunderstanding.

Break Repeating Patterns
Understand the cycles you're stuck in and work with a relationship therapist to shift them for good.

Restore Trust & Safety
Work towards a relationship where you both feel secure, heard, and valued - the foundation of any healthy partnership.
My Approach to
Couples Therapy
I'm a qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor specialising in couples therapy and relationship counselling in London and online. I work with couples using a structured, evidence-based method called Imago Relationship Therapy which is a powerful approach designed to help partners move from conflict to connection through guided dialogue and deeper mutual understanding.
My role is not to take sides, but to guide you both in understanding each other more deeply, communicating safely, and rebuilding connection in a way that feels lasting and real.
The space is collaborative, calm, and non-judgemental - designed to help you both feel heard, supported, and able to move forward together. I'm warm, friendly, and direct. I integrate psycho-education into our couples counselling sessions so you can understand how and why you relate to each other the way you do, and make long-lasting improvements to how you show up for one another.
I'm passionate about this work because I genuinely want to see couples not only reconnect, but rediscover the joy and ease that brought them together in the first place.
Imago Relationship Therapy is a clinically recognised, structured approach used by relationship therapists worldwide to help couples break destructive cycles, rebuild trust, and create a secure and fulfilling partnership.

What Happens in
Couples Therapy Sessions
Every couple is different. For some, meaningful shifts happen within just a few sessions - for others, the process takes longer. What you'll both experience, however, is a gradual and supported journey of learning to appreciate one another, understand each other more deeply, and truly step into each other's shoes. That shift creates the space for love, trust, and genuine connection to re-enter the relationship.
Unlike general talking therapy, couples counselling sessions with me are structured and purposeful - each one building on the last.
-
Sessions are structured and guided — not open-ended talking, but a focused process with clear direction
-
You'll both feel heard — supported to communicate in a way that doesn't spiral into conflict or shutdown
-
We focus on understanding, not blame — creating the conditions where real honesty becomes possible
-
You'll leave with practical tools — skills and techniques to use between sessions, not just within them
-
The goal is safety, so real change can happen — in relationship therapy, feeling secure is the foundation everything else is built on

This work is likely a good fit if:
-
You both want to improve your relationship and are committed to making meaningful change
-
You're open to exploring your own patterns and how they show up between you
-
You're willing to engage in the couples therapy process together - even when it feels uncomfortable
This may not be the right fit if:
-
You're looking for a quick fix or a single-session solution
-
Only one of you is genuinely invested in change
You're seeking a space purely to vent, without a real intention to work towards resolution
Not sure if you're ready? That's okay - many couples have a relationship counselling session online feeling uncertain. Getting in touch for an initial conversation costs nothing and carries no obligation.
-
Initial 60-minute assessment session — £95, giving you both the chance to experience the process and decide if we're the right fit
-
Ongoing sessions are 90 minutes — longer than a standard therapy hour, because real couples work takes time and space
-
Sessions available online or in person — flexible couples counselling to suit your lives, whether you're based in London or anywhere in the world
-
Bi-weekly sessions recommended — regular consistency is key to making lasting progress in relationship therapy
If you're ready to understand your relationship more deeply, rebuild your connection, and create something that truly works for you both - book your initial couples therapy session below.
